Hi Everyone! Hope you had a nice long weekend and a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was a pretty low-key one for us since my mom just had surgery last week and we wanted to keep things quiet for her. So, we spent Thanksgiving together with the kids and visited with my mom and sister after dinner.
So, I’ve made a decision, I’m through with following the no-white after labor day rule. I know that some of you folks don’t follow that rule but I always have. But no more! This outfit that you see here is proof of that. This is probably the first year that I’ve ever worn white pants on a cold day and after labor day. But I love it and I’m going to stick with it. With the change in weather and the time change with it getting dark early, it’s important for me to keep my spirits up and keep things light. This outfit totally helped me do just that. I was in the best mood wearing these white jeans and light-colored cardigan.
I received so many compliments on this cardigan when I wore it. It really stands out against the darker colors of the colder months and I’m so happy with it. The material itself is thick and the quality is pretty great. I would highly recommend this cardigan to anyone.

I LOVE your jacket! I am really into statement color coats. And I want MORE! I have an orange one and a cobalt blue one so far. But its kind of hard to justify lots of coats here in Alabama! ha.

I’m with you! I like to keep it light as well during these times. I haven’t broken the rule with white pants/jeans BUT I have with light shirts and sweaters for the season. I’m a bright person and love bright colors. I pretty much go with my mood. Who knows I might just do the white jean/pant thing. You look fabulous… Thanks for sharing!
I absolutely love the cardigan! Love the geometric print and bright colors! And OMG – I’m with you — this year I’ve been rocking white jeans well past Labor Day. Granted it’s a smidge easy to do in Phoenix, but still! Rebel 😉
