Happy Labor Day! It’s so thrilling to have an extra day off – I needed it so badly. The only thing that’s disappointing is that it’s back to work tomorrow. But that’s okay too because this is a pretty exciting week for many of us fashionistas. It’s finally Fashion Week, the most exciting time of the year for bloggers. Some may say that fashion week is overrated and that may be true, maybe…but I still love it! This is the time when I get to see all my blogger friends and make new ones. You get to pull out all the stops fashion-wise and dress to the nines and not to mention, people watch for all the fabulous street-style fashion.

Now, let’s talk about this crochet dress – I just love a good crochet dress, don’t you? The first thing that caught my eye was the crochet pattern. I was a bit nervous when I saw it on the Zaful site because it’s pictured as a flatlay and to me it looked like a child’s dress and thought it would be too short on me. If that was the case , I could definitely wear it with jeans and call it a day. But to my suprise, the dress fit perfectly! I got in a medium according to the size chart, and it was an extremely comfortable fit.
I paired the dress with this watch from Klasse14 and this beautiful blush clutch from Valerie Constance. I also wore these pink pumps to give the outfit a pop of color.
So what did you all do for the long weekend? Anything fun? I did absolutely nothing and I loved it!
