NYC is such a busy city with all the hustle and bustle and fast moving activity. But how do you slow it down and take a moment to breathe? Whenever I’m in the city, yes, I’m always moving unless I’m sitting down to eat a meal and there are times when I just need to stop and take a breath. There are many things you can do to slow things down like grabbing a cup of coffee or a cold drink from Starbucks or a cute cafe.
Reading a good book or simply people watching is a great way to unwind as well. Seriously though, have you ever sat down and watched people out and about in NYC? It’s quite entertaining. 🙂
