Happy Friday!
I hope you all have a had a great week so far! This has been a pretty good week for me. I took the kids apple picking on Tuesday which was lots of fun, then we went for a bite to eat with friends who live close by. The drive was over an hour each way so by the time we got home, I was beat but it was totally worth it! This trip was a must for me because fresh picked apples are the only ones I can tolerate. I’m super sensitive to store bought apples (I’m thinking pesticides maybe?). I definitely have enough apples to last me for a while now and I’m going to attempt to make an apple pie so if you know of any good recipes, please send them my way! 🙂
I’m doing the traditional fall outings this year, so I’ll also be taking the kids pumpkin picking with friends on Sunday so that should be fun! Also, my Style Collective sister Anna of Peppered in Style will be coming to NY and I plan on meeting up with her so it’s shaping up to be a busy weekend. Thank goodness for the Columbus Day holiday!
What are your plans this weekend?
Since it’s starting to feel like fall around here, this top is a perfect transition piece. The sleeves are three-quarter so long enough to keep me warm and it’s lightweight enough to keep me cool. They’re also a lantern shape with elastic closure so you can push it up on your arm or wear it at its full length. I love that I can dress it up or down to easily take it from a day to a night look. The top is true to size – I’m wearing a size small for reference.

This is absolutely gorgeous on you! That top can be worn so many ways. I’m obsessed with the pants though — have been on the hunt for a similar pair! XO
Thanks girl. These pants were a great find at H&M. I haven’t seen them again though – maybe they’ll bring them back next year. Hope your day is going well! Xoxo
I love a good swiss dot top! I just got one in burgundy! This looks great on you.
