The Classic White Shirt
No matter who you are, every girl needs a white long sleeve button down shirt in her closet. This timeless classic goes with just about everything and can be worn season-round. Whether it’s a job interview or a casual day out, you can never go wrong with a white button-down. I make sure that I always have a crisp white shirt in my closet and when they get old and worn, I replace them. I do have a few in my closet but I do find myself gravitating to one in particular one and it’s this Camixa shirt. The minute I received it, I fell in love.
But let me back up for a minute to tell you about the packaging. The shirt was packaged as if it was man’s dress shirt. (I also mentioned it in this post here). It had the cardboard inserts around the collar and within the body of the shirt. I was impressed by this alone, but once I tried it on, it had me at hello. I did not want to take it off! This particular shirt is a crushed linen and the quality is amazing! It has a high-low design so you can go with the trendier style of tucking in the front and leaving the back out as I’ve done here, or tucking it in all together.
I wore it with this faux-leather choker which I tied into a bow for a different look, and these American Eagle distressed shorts.
