TGIF Lovelies!
As some of you may know, this week I participated in the #SCSpringStyle challenge that was blowing up instagram. There was a particular theme for each day of the week, and me and my Style Collective sisters, along with other participants had to post photos according to that day’s theme. I was hoping to have a mid-week blog post dedicated to the challenge, but, that was a challenge in and of itself. So, today I’m sharing my instagram roundup of the week. Let me know what you guys think of my interpretation of the challenge and which look(s) you like best!
Monday, 4/11 – 2016 Pantone Colors (Blush Pink)
Top / Jeans, similar / Sandals
Tuesday, 4/12 – Spring Bag or Clutch
Top / Jeans, similar / Sandals / Bag
Wednesday, 4/13 – Pattern Mixing – This was definitely the most difficult for me and one thing I didn’t do was take a pic of the back of the dress. There’s an entirely different pattern on the back!
This dress was purchased at Anthropologie last year but here’s a similar style / Shoes
Thursday, 4/14 – Floral Prints
Friday, 4/15 – Pop of White
Romper, similar here / Jacket / Sandals, similar here
And there you have it! Five different outfits, five different themes! This is the most fun I’ve had doing a challenge. But, I must admit that it was a lot of work trying to come up with the different outfits but it allowed me to explore different styles and dig through forgotten clothes in my closet.
