Happy Friday!
I must say that I’ve had a pretty good week so far. To continue my list of positives:
- Halloween with the kids was great. I (alone) took them trick or treating and it was so nice spending quality time with them. My husband stayed behind to hand out ALL the candy that we bought. 🙂 Later that night, my mom and sister stopped by and hung out for a bit which was quite nice.
- I had some much needed girl time with my friend Rose. I cherish those moments since both our houses are full of boys! 🙂
- I was finally able to go to bed before 11PM two nights in a row (it’s a big deal, believe me) and it made such a big difference. I’ve been so cranky due to lack of sleep. I basically had to cancel after-work plans to be able to do this.
- I got a much needed haircut, well a trim really, and so happy that I can finally cross that off my to-do list.
Can we talk about the jeans I’m wearing in the photo for a second? I got them on sale at Macy’s and I must say they’re the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever worn! I ordered them online and I was so happy that I didn’t have to return them. I got them on sale but it seems that they’re no longer on sale. Boo!
I wish everyone a lovely Friday and pure pleasantries for the weekend.
***On Monday, I will be having carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand (dominant hand) so blogging may take a back seat until I can type with two hands again. Wish me luck!
Has anyone ever had this surgery or know anyone who’s had it? Any advice?
