Happy Friday!
I must say that I’ve had a pretty good week so far. To continue my list of positives:
- Halloween with the kids was great. I (alone) took them trick or treating and it was so nice spending quality time with them. My husband stayed behind to hand out ALL the candy that we bought. π Later that night, my mom and sister stopped by and hung out for a bit which was quite nice.
- I had some much needed girl time with my friend Rose. I cherish those moments since both our houses are full of boys! π
- I was finally able to go to bed before 11PM two nights in a row (it’s a big deal, believe me) and it made such a big difference. I’ve been so cranky due to lack of sleep. I basically had to cancel after-work plans to be able to do this.
- I got a much needed haircut, well a trim really, and so happy that I can finally cross that off my to-do list.
Can we talk about the jeans I’m wearing in the photo for a second? I got them on sale at Macy’s and I must say they’re the most comfortable jeans I’ve ever worn! I ordered them online and I was so happy that I didn’t have to return them. I got them on sale but it seems that they’re no longer on sale. Boo!
I wish everyone a lovely Friday and pure pleasantries for the weekend.
***On Monday, I will be having carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand (dominant hand) so blogging may take a back seat until I can type with two hands again. Wish me luck!
Has anyone ever had this surgery or know anyone who’s had it? Any advice?
Cheers!

Thanks boo! Loved your skinny jeans post. Your height is deceiving in photos. I thought you were taller than me. Go figure! ?

Love this casual, autumnal look Gail! The scarf is beautiful, I’m a great fan of tartan and have a few tartan scarves, too!
I pray your surgery goes well; make sure you take it easy, get pampered! We’ll still be here when you get back to blogging. π
Blessings!
